Shipping by UPS

Products ordered online at our store will be shipped using UPS. When you check out you will be presented with a choice of various UPS shipping services available to you destination (standard to overnight) along with the calculated price based on the weight of your order plus any special handling charges that may apply.

Special Handling Charges

Some products may incur a special handling charge for item packaging, processing, transport, insurance and/or special handling to ensure your products are delivered on time and undamaged. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Specific requests such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming may incur additional charges or result in a delay in delivery time. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

In Store Delivery

drop Ship Items

drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second day and next day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to four weeks to six weeks for delivery.
